We collect, use, process and store this personal information for recruitment purposes, such as to determine your suitability for a job role, to schedule interviews and contact you about your application, and to determine your right to work in the country you are applying to.
Performance of a contract: identifiers such as your name, email address and phone number, and location data such as your home address, are collected and processed for the performance of an employment contract, or to take steps to prepare such a contract. Your professional/employment and educational information is also collected in order to take steps to prepare for such a contract.
Compliance with a legal obligation: in certain circumstances, G2 is required to collect and store your personal information in line with local and national employment laws.
Consent: your demographic information, such as race/ethnicity, gender, veteran status and disability status, is collected only with your consent and is not used as a factor in determining your employability.
We only share your personal information in order to facilitate our recruitment processes. We do not sell your personal information for monetary gain or other valuable consideration. The third parties who we share your personal information with include:
G2 is a US-based company, and your personal information may be transferred to, processed and stored in the United States.
We retain your personal information in accordance with local laws and regulations.
For applicants in California, where you are not offered or do not accept a position with G2, you can expect that we retain a record of your application and limited personal information for 4 years, in line with California law. For applicants in the EU and UK who are not offered or do not accept a position with G2, we retain a record of your application and limited personal information for 3 years.
For applicants who are offered and accept a position with G2, your application materials will form part of your personnel file and will be subject to the retention period laid out in our employee privacy notice.

The GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA also grant certain rights relating to the sale and sharing of your personal information, and to automated decision making. G2 does not sell or share your personal information as defined by CCPA, nor do we use automated decision making as part of our hiring processes.
